Starmark International has appointed seasoned flash programmer and interactive developer, Wei-Lik Liem, as Interactive Manager. Liem will be responsible for overseeing the team's front-end creative strategy and back-end integration. With nearly 20 years experience in interactive development, Liem is equally versed in leveraging online streaming video applications and Macromedia FLASH to develop effective Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs) as he is with back-end integration software such as .NET, and SQL. Before joining Starmark, Liem served as a multimedia producer for iiamg.com and director of learning technologies for Faciltador.com, where he developed comprehensive e-learning programs for tier one clients such as Citibank, Brasdesco and Bank of America.
