We custom built a Web-based program that not only tracks all phases of production, but also connects merchandise coordination with photo scheduling and project management. By using a bar code system for tracking purposes, all information is tied together to monitor everything from the date the product is received to tracking of assigned photographers and photo retouchers. Once completed, Office Depot can click and download a final high resolution file. This innovative technology gives them unprecedented and immediate access to all projects via the internet 24/7!
